Working ethically

We have guides and policies which govern how we recruit, how we show and sell our products, and how we promote Forever and our business.

Forever and business ethics

In any professional business, doing the right thing should be easy. Forever has clear rules regarding what a distributor may and may not do. We have guides and policies which govern how we recruit, how we show and sell our products, and how we promote Forever and our business. All of this ensures peace of mind for our 25,000 or so distributors in Scandinavia, as well as our customers.

What are the rules?
At Forever, we always obey the laws and regulations of the markets where we operate, and we encourage our independent distributors to do the same.

The following applies when marketing our products:
Marketing must not be misleading
Independent research lies behind what we say about the products
All of our health and nutrition statements are verified by EFSA*

* The European Food Safety Authority

Compliance

We are constantly working to ensure compliance with the rules. Virtually everybody wants to work ethically and according to the rules and regulations. Usually, an infringement is due to misunderstanding or not knowing about the rule in question. Therefore, the main task of Compliance is to inform, support and educate our distributors. When required, we may take measures when a distributor fails to correct an unpermitted action after a caution. This system is effective and minimises the number of infringements in Scandinavia.
